We conduct interviews and surveys with staff members and leaders to identify areas of focus and intention for our work together.
2. Custom Workshops
Our workshops help employees connect to their professional purpose. We also work with managers to teach empathetic leadership.
3. Results: Impact & Outcomes
Together, we identify metrics we'd like to track amongst your team, and conduct surveys before and after workshops to measure impact.
4. Sustainability
We set up follow up check-ins with workshop participants to reflect on progress, and to move through roadblocks that arise.
